Can I suggest a new feature?

Our products are very actively developed and we are always looking at ideas to improve them.

So we are always keen to receive any ideas for new features from both customers and non-customers.

Ideas can be submitted as a support request and we will do one of THREE actions:

  1. Decide that the idea is not viable or does not fit in with our plans for the product.
  2. Add the idea to our roadmap.
  3. Determine that it could be added but ask you for a contribution towards the cost if you wish to see it added (which also gives you input into the feature).
