CORE-4147 Updated ColorDodge/ColorBurn formula from the PDF 1.7 specification to PDF-2.0 specification

Fixes:

HTML-3982 Fixed an issue with missing page content when using the imageScaling setting and image width/height rounds to zero

HTML-3985 Minor adjustment in global document JavaScript output when using addJavaScript setting

CORE-4148 Fixed pre multiplied alpha not working for non-separable blend modes, improving image output in certain files

CORE-4149 Fixed hue blend mode producing red output for certain grey values

CORE-4163 Fixed NPE that could happen when an Annotation Icon resource does not exist
