    HI,
I am using OpenViewerFX on linux. My pdf generator generates a valid pdf File. The file can be opened by many other pdf viewer. But the openviewer reports all the time:
Exception in thread “JavaFX Application Thread” java.security.PrivilegedActionException: org.jpedal.exception.PdfException: [PDF] OpenPdfArray generated exception No version on first line opening file

    What could be the error?

Normally indicates a duff PDF file or data not correctly read.

    I found out:
I create a tmp file (the known pdf). The tmp file will be deleted after quit. I stopped java without deleting the pdf.
I gave the manual path to the file and voila now I can access without an exception.
Could you imagin what this behavior could be?
    Thank you

    Dont mind it
It was my misstake. I had forgotten that the creation process of the pdf file is async.
    Sorry.
