Does BuildVu preserve table structures?

BuildVu will preserve the visual appearance of the table as it appears in the original PDF file, but it does not generate table structures.

The majority of PDF files do not actually contain structured content, which means there is no information provided about document structure such as headings, paragraphs or tables.

If the PDF file does contain structured content, then we recommend you try out JPedal. If structured content is present, then JPedal can extract it as either XML or HTML.
