Does JPedal preserve table structures?

Our software will extract a structured table if it is defined in the PDF structure in the original PDF file.

If it looks like a table in a PDF document but is actually a series of shapes, unstructured text and possibly other types of content placed in such a way as to give the appearance of a table, this cannot be converted into structured table content.
