• CORE-4069 Improved the handling of QuadPoints so that Link Annotations which use them are rendered correctly

Fixes

• JPED-903 Fixed a bug where the page selector text was cut off when using the Darcula or IntelliJ themes
• JPED-901 Fixed a bug where the dark mode icons were not in use. Also added missing dark mode variants of the inspector’s icons
• CORE-4058 Fixed an issue where highlight annotations with transparency were sometimes rendered incorrectly
