Summary

• Improvements for image quality
• Added compatibility with AMD / CommonJS module systems in the IDRViewer
• There has also been lots of general bug fixes and low level improvements

Enhancements

• [HTML-2783] - Improve image quality
  Quality improvements have been made to a large number of images to remove slight blurring which appear on a large percentage of images. The Lanczos downscaling is now used as standard for images with a large downscale, which improves the quality of those images. The experimental Lanczos setting added in the last release has been removed as it is now used as standard for images that require it.
