  Code copyright headers now show updated year to 2018

• [CORE-3020] – Improvements to memory usage in jpeg image formats
  Improvements to memory usage in JPEG image formats

• [HTML-3055] - Most fonts now replaced with LiberationSans if not embedded
  Ensures behaviour is consistent across all devices & browsers
