Fixes:
[HTML-3550] Fixed an issue where some directories for annotations were created outside of CustomIO. Fixed an issue where audio files for Link annotations with Sound actions also bypassed CustomIO
[HTML-3549] Fixed an issue where attachments with the same name could overwrite each other
[CORE-3814] Fixed a Lang key decoding issue that caused data in the PDF file to be skipped, leading to the font to display incorrect glyphs
