HTML-3953 Fix duplicated characters becoming visible in output in PDF files that slightly offset duplicated characters to make the text appear bolder

CORE-4059 Fixed an issue where fractional rotation values being rounded incorrectly lead to certain shapes to be at the wrong angle

CORE-4086 Fixed an issue where an empty CID font cmap lead to character overlapping / incorrect positions

CORE-4087 Fixed missing layer content caused by using partial layer path names

CORE-4095 Fixed missing layer content caused by layer names being re-used between pages

CORE-4098 Fixed file failing to convert due to unexpected new lines in hex string
