HTML-3986 [IDRViewer] Replaced jshint with eslint for improved static analysis

CORE-4177 Minor refactoring to our PDF stream reading code to ensure all types of whitespace are properly handled

CORE-4171 Optimized the fully transparent image detection code when caching masks, which should result in quicker processing times in some files

CORE-4173 Improved our image smoothing algorithm which may result in quicker processing time for certain files

CORE-4168 Fixed a race condition when converting linearized files via InputStream, which could result in conversion failure

CORE-4174 Fixed under allocated Byte Buffer when an incorrectly sized mask contains more data than expected, fixing a missing image

CORE-4175 Improved handling of an empty FontFile3 CID stream, where it would previously result in conversion failure

CORE-4176 Fixed an issue where a tab character was not seen as a valid array delimiter for a font /Widths array, resulting in conversion failure

CORE-4178 Fixed an error where vertical text could be positioned incorrectly due to leading values being lost
