[CORE-3551] - Test BuildVu with Java 14
Tested compatibility with latest Java version (no issues discovered)

[CORE-3549] - PDF xref table pointer incorrectly set
Workaround added for malformed file which was unable to open

[CORE-3563] - Spurious end of Dictionary object detected inside text stream of unknown key
Workaround added for malformed file which was unable to open

[CORE-3565] - Very broken PDF file with no xref table does not open
Workaround added for malformed file which was unable to open

[CORE-3568] - PDF not correctly displayed as Page clip incorrectly generated
Workaround added to handle malformed page clip which caused superfluous content to be drawn

Fixes:

[CORE-3548] - PDF Layer names not handled correctly
Fixes missing content in file due to error decoding layer names

[CORE-3561] - Allow for null cropBox value
Fixes file which was unable to open

[CORE-3564] - Encrypted PDF file with no ID value does not open
